A little late on this one but while on vacation last week I had a few AC questions on a weekend. Called Brian and as usual he answered and led me through my questions to get answers and then some! He was very adiment that the call was no big deal and to call anytime. They know Featherlite conversions very very well! I learned more than I called for when we were done! I recently purchased a Prevost from another dealer and came to Tradewinds for an air conditioner check up. I asked them to look over the coach and their attention to detail did not disappoint. They discovered a leak under the shower, which was from the shower drain not being properly connected to the drain pipe. I knew of some small water intrusion, but I thought it was from the refrigerator. I was heart broken to discover that the dealer that sold us the Prevost did not do a pre-delivery inspection; however, Tradewinds was able to fix it. Ill leave you with this: If youre able to think of the service, Tradewinds can do it.

Have never met these guys in person either. The next day Kyle the service manager called to check up on everything and just confirm I got what I needed. My wife and I purchased our first class A motorcoach from Tradewinds and received a great deal on our purchase. Brian and Scott have gone above and beyond with regards to assisting us with the operation of our new coach. We had an issue on Easter Sunday where Brian actually called me at 10pm on a holiday evening and walked me through the problem. This quality of customer service is unheard of. The entire staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We were so impressed with the high quality of service and professionalism we gave Tradewinds our class B motorhome to sell on consignment for which Brian & Scott had it sold in less than 45 days for the price we were asking. I had an excellent experience with my recent service and repairs. Tradewinds has serviced and repaired my bus for the last four years. I am always satisfied with the work and communication. Unlike many repair shops, if the notice something broken that I missed they let me know immediately, saving me time! The have an excellent team of mechanics and are up to speed with new innovations to keep my bus current with the latest technology. My repairs have been completed on time and done right the first time. Their shop is easy to pull into, has plenty of parking spaces with power and a dump station. After another shop blew up my inverters I went to Tradewinds recommended by my friend. They are very professional and fixed everything. Since then they have done all my work. New led lighting, new house batteries, toilet rebuild, new bay TV, etc, etc. Brian and Scott help with questions while on the road. Great shop and great guys. I trust my Prevost with them. Very clean workmanship. I highly recommended Tradewinds to everyone.

Last month we had Tradewinds do several up-grades to our 03. They took out the switchers,old tv, vcr, dvd player and replaced the
satellite dish, and the over the air antenna. They installed a Blu-Ray system and Direct TV in front and rear. They built a box over the drop down tv to hold the Blu-Ray and Direct TV box. In the rear they installed a new flat screen tv and a Blu-Ray player.
We had the scissor type couch converted to a Queen size pull out bed with an air mattress like Sleep Number.In regards to Tradewinds, I have been dealing with motor home, bus and other RV dealers for 40 years and I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a company as professional and knowledgeable as they are. Scott, Brian and Kyle are the nicest people to deal with, they always answer their own phones and get back to you in a timely manner. My job was done on time and when i went to pick it up they had it detailed and ready for the road. I had a couple of adjustments needed and they walked me though it. I highly recommend them to my fellow POG members.Bill D -
Im glad to say I had the the opportunity to have my Marathon Coach worked on at Tradewinds Coach and Marine in De Land, Florida today. After some bad experiences with a few other Prevost service facility I finally had the kind of service that I would expect from a Prevost service facility. When I arrived at Tradewinds I had a 0800 appointment. At 0800 they were ready and waiting on me and began working on my coach immediately. The inside was covered, everyone removed there shoes and the work was started. Exterior parts that were removed were carefully wraped up so they wont get scratched. The ladders and equipment stands they used were all padded on the edges so they would not dent or scratch the coach. The techs were all very professional and knowledgeable. They repairs were less expensive than expected. The coach was returned to me 30 minutes ahead of the time they promised the coach back to me. The coach was returned to me without a spot on it! The work performed was completed correctly the first time. I would highly recommend Tradewinds and their outstanding staff to everyone.

I am a new Prevost owner ( not an owner of a new Prevost ). We bought an 06 Featherlite. As with all coaches that have sat for a period of time there were issue needing attention. Trying to be brief, just suffice to say Scott & Brian have an expert for every area of whats not working right. Customer service is Gold Star. Communication is as good as any in my experience. Their pricing was fair. No one expects a coach to be cheap to own, but no one likes to be swindled either. Again, cost very fair and everything they fixed has stayed fixed !I wont take my coach anywhere else.

Big shout out to Kyle Bennett and the his team at Tradewinds Coach & Marine. Just picked up my 00 liberty having some seasonal maintenance, repairs and upgrades done. Did a really great job on all items including some little touches like hidden door latches on our Samsung refrigerator.They upgraded and relocated my inverters to new pure sine wave units, made the larger Xantrex control panels look like they were factory installed. (Including integrating the gen autostart into my factory liberty panels).Repaired the toll window, fixed a OTR issue that was not working properly since I bought the bus, replaced a compressor on a cruise air, adjusted the main door latch, diagnosed and fixed a little naggy air leak on the passenger rear side, repaired a fantastic fan lift arm/motor in the bath, repaired a bad relay on my zip fee awning, not to mention some other items Im forgetting.Shew Im tired just typing all of this.So, if you need a reputable company that can handle anything you throw at them, not to mention will care for your coach when your hundreds or a thousand miles away give Kyle and his gang a call. He made it easy and no nonsense.

Tradewinds and Kyle have performed admirable for me on several occasions. They have H Driver and door double pane windows in stock and can replace them doing a fantastic job. I can now see out both sides :o). Kyle has a drop in replacement for the Vantare basement air if yours goes south, like mine did. They can also rebuild your Trace 4000 inverters. Truly a full service shop. Plus, Kyle is just a phone call away to answer those nagging questions.
